All Verification of Exam Eligibility letters cost $40.  A separate letter is required for each specialty area.

Before beginning the process of ordering an online verification, make sure you have:

• Certification Number or Social Security Number for the certified nurse.
• Visa or MasterCard only--institutions or facilities with pre-paid accounts can use these, too. (Each verification is $40).
• Full address of where verification is to be mailed.
