The Magnet Program Director (MPD) workshop provides definition to the MPD role by exploring and discussing its relationship to nursing staff, executive leadership, and the organization. The workshop presents detailed information about the components of the initial application, the document review, and the site visit. During the workshop, participants will identify tools and strategies to organize the journey and motivate staff throughout the organization.
