Anita Lymburner is a nationally and internationally recognized nurse executive who has provided leadership, education, and mentorship to over 40 organizations in their Journey to a professional practice environment and nursing excellence.

Anita Lymburner has ten years of consulting experience and has presented at regional, national and international conferences and she has reviewed abstracts for the past three National Magnet Conferences™. She also presents at the ANCC Journey to Nursing Excellence™ workshops.

As a transformational leader Anita has been an outcome oriented Chief Nurse Executive for over fifteen years including at two Magnet™ organizations. Anita has mentored nursing leaders and initiated innovative professional practice models and best practices through her leadership roles in professional and health care organizations. Anita has worked with community, teaching, public, and government organizations, including international work in St. Petersburg, Russia on their Journey To Nursing Excellence™.

Anita received her MSN from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, and her MBA from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.
