Learning Objectives for this Workshop:

• Describe the history of the Pathway to Excellence Program
• Discuss the elements of nursing practice environments that are identified in the Pathway to Excellence standards
• Discuss factors in the workplace that support nurses on their Pathway to Excellence
• Develop a readiness plan that includes strategies to help create the Pathway to Excellence work environment

Four contact hours will be awarded to nurses who successfully complete this activity.
