This overview of the Pathway to Excellence® Program web-based narrated course is offered by ANCC's Institute for Credentialing Innovation®. It's a great way to explain Pathway to Excellence® to leadership and key staff at your hospital. Your staff will be able to work with the contents of this one hour course from their own computers – anytime, anywhere. All they need is access to the web and a sound card with speakers or headphones.

• Peer Review NEW!
  Provides examples of effective, evidence-based peer review models and examines the outcomes relative to the reviewer's level and role within the nursing structure. Course participants identify the role of peer review in sustaining an environment that supports professional practice. During the course, participants evaluate barriers to peer review, design strategies to overcome barriers, and explore effective communication techniques. This course lasts approximately 2 hours, and enrolled participants are eligible to receive 2.23 CNE contact hours.
• Shared Governance NEW!
  Provides nursing leadership, managers, and staff nurses with the knowledge and skills needed to institute and support shared governance at all levels of the organization. This online course approximately 1 hour, and enrolled participants are eligible to receive 1.35 CNE contact hours.
