The invoice will be uploaded to the Online Application Portal 1 month before document submission is due. Invoice payment is due within 30 days of receipt. For applicants that submit their online application on/or after Jan 1, 2018.

Depending on availability, applicants requesting a Pathway Standards Document extension may choose from the next 2 submission cycles. Applicants requesting to extend beyond 2 submission cycles must reapply.
Extension Fee: $1,000.00
Due if/when an organization requests an extension prior to 30 days of the approved document submission date.
Due if/when an organization requests an extension within 30 days of the approved document submission date.
Due if/when ANCC requests additional information on 4 or more EOP's.
Due if/when an organization requests translation of Pathway Nurse Survey.
One-Time Fee (4 Year Designation)
Please note: Designated organizations must submit an Organizational Demographic Form (ODF) and updated Contact Information Form (CIF) annually by their IMR due date to meet interim monitoring requirements. Organizations with ODF submission beyond the IMR due date will incur a $500 late fee.
Documents must be submitted in English. Organizations outside of the US needing translation of the nurse survey must contact the Pathway Program Office immediately to discuss additional fees.
All fees must be paid by check or credit card in the Online Application Portal.
