Accreditation Fees
Accreditation fees are based on the type of organization. The accreditation fee must be paid in full at the time of application. Application fees are refundable to applicants withdrawing prior to a site visit, but in such cases an administrative charge will be forfeited by the applicant ($500 for provider orapprover; $525 for provider and approver).

SITE VISIT EXPENSES:Site visit expenses are the responsibility of the applicant and are billed after the visit.
Appraisal
fees must be paid in full at the time the applicant submits its
application/self study. Call the Accreditation Program Office for
