Order a Verification Online

Before beginning the process of ordering an online verification, make sure you have:

1. Certification Number or Social Security Number

2. Visa or MasterCard only--institutions or facilities with pre-paid accounts can use these, too. (Each verification is $40)

3. Full address of where verification is to be mailed.

Newly Certified Nurses:
Your first verification of certification is free when you are first certified or when you renew your certification. Use this form to request your free verification. Please note, you can not request a free verification using the on-line system.
