Certified Nurses: Continuing Education for Certification Renewal
At least 51% of the total continuing education credits must be in your certification specialty and, b) at least 50% of the total continuing education credits must be from any of the following:

- American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)
- American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA)
- American College of Nurse Midwives (ACNM)
- American Pharmaceutical Association (APhA)
- American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA)
- Emergency Nurses Association (ENA)
- Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association (HPNA)
- National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health (NPWH)
- National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP)
- Accreditation Council on Continuing Medical Education (ACCME)
- American Academy of Pediatrics
- American Psychiatric Association
- American Psychological Association
